Okay, hear me out. I wrote this when I first started this blog, when I was an itty bitty nine year old. I was going to make it a series, but I was nine, and lost interest. So, for anyone who happens to stumble by this, I'm sorry, buuuuttt, enjoy!
Warning! if you continue any further you will experience the end of the world as we know it. But the world has hope, Hope that 4 children with save them, hope that they can make a better future, and you have noidea how powerful hope can be.
Chapter 1
Once they finally cleared away I sprinted to my room, wanting to get as far away from my siblings as possible. From the door I could see everything. My room has painted flower decorations, a purple bunk bed, but instead of the lower bunk there is a desk, A book shelf that was actually the staircase of my older sister's and my old bunk bed, A cerulean beanbag under the bed and next to my desk, and my artwork hanging around the room like a banner.
I walked in and placed my bag next to my bed. I looked out the window gazing at the beach, from the hot sand to the sparkling ocean water. Soon my favorite sister, Adhira, walked into my room. “Do you want to go WaveJumping with me and Divya?” she asked, “YES!” I almost yelled. Divya is my other older sister and she’s really good at the game.
You might be asking yourself “what’s WaveJumping” well in WaveJumping you have to either jump or swim under a wave but if you don’t do any of those two on time and you get pushed under by the wave, well sorry to say but you are OUT!
My sisters and I changed into our swimsuits and walked to the beach. After a few rounds of WaveJumping (in which I always got out first) my sisters went back inside, tired and dripping with water, but I stayed where I was because I was looking for some sea glass for my collection. After a couple minutes of collecting sea glass, right when I picked the 4th one I thought I saw the tail of a dragon but when I blinked it disappeared, I shrugged thinking that my brain pulled a trick on me and went back to collecting sea glass. After I collected 13 pieces it was starting to get dark so I made my way back home into my snuggly bed
The next day I went for a swim in the ocean. at this time half of the sun was hiding behind the horizon causing the sky to to be an explosion of color, I let all my worries float away in the miniature waves. Just moments after I really settled in, the beautiful sky effect was gone, like the colorful sky kept peace in the world, I heard someone scream. “SHARK!!!” people yelled, I looked around wildly trying to catch a glimpse of the shark that the people were talking about, but when I couldn't find one I looked forward again thinking that this was a trick and found myself face to face with something that definitely wasn’t a shark. “Dragon” I breathed in awe. For the longest time I just stared at the magnificent creature admiring it’s turquoise scales and how they that glittered in the sunlight, it’s elegant ice blue horns, and the spiral pattern decorating the underside of the dragons wings, there were teal scales that formed a dotted line starting from the tip of its snout to the end of its tail, the very same tail I saw yesterday. The dragon had a beautiful mane but instead of hair the mane was made out of flowing water. Suddenly the dragon splashed it’s tail launching me upwards. 13 stars glowed brightly before everything went black.
